Breathing (Mindfulness exercise)

- Set the alarm on your mobile to go off in 60 seconds and focus exclusively on your breathing. Your mind will wander off on other thoughts so bring it back to observing your breathing.

- Close your eyes and count to ten, or recite the days of the week out loud, or use mathematical sequences. If your mind wanders off on other things start the process again from the number one, or Monday, etc.
